At Sundara Casa Home Décor, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help with a quick and simple resolution.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, only in the following cases:
- Items that arrive damaged or broken
- Items that are defective or not functioning properly
- Incorrect items shipped by mistake
To qualify:

The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
Items Not Eligible for Return
To maintain safety and product quality, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind (color, style, size preference)
- Used items or items not in original packaging
- Items without clear photo/video proof of the issue
How to Request a Return
Email us at support@sundaracasa.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos or video clearly showing the issue
Once approved, you will receive instructions to return the item by mail.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 U.S. business days after return approval.

Some décor items may ship from our U.S. or partner warehouses.
During peak seasons, slight shipping or processing delays may occur.
